A generalist with a soft spot for fixing things, whether that’s a customer’s order, a broken laptop, or a website’s underperforming campaign.
I started with a Distinction* in Creative Media at Marple College, then spent a year as an IT Technician Apprentice at GB UK Systems diagnosing hardware, refurbishing systems, and writing the kind of friendly support emails that make people feel okay about asking the same question twice.
Today I’m at Doodle Products handling online customer service for the furniture brand Home Treats. Outside work I keep my eye in with photo work, sound design, and small web projects, like this site, hand-rolled in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Looking for a role that pulls these threads together: IT-adjacent, digital, and a bit creative. If that sounds like something you’re hiring for, drop me a line.
